Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. For security reasons, the shipping and billing addresses must match. Delivery details cannot be altered at any point after the order is placed.

Order Processing

Due to the high volume of orders, we process them in the order they are received. We cannot combine multiple orders shipping to the same address.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If an item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Product Changes & Quantity Limitations

We reserve the right to change products listed on the website without prior notice and/or limit the quantity of products that may be ordered during a single shopping session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If an item you have ordered is discontinued, we will issue a full refund for any product that has not yet been shipped.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for live tracking updates.

Responsibility for Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Times Within the EU

For orders within the European Union (EU), delivery typically takes between 2 to 7 business days after shipment.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased has been updated with a new price, we are happy to offer a refund for the difference in the amount paid, provided the order was placed within 7 days of the price adjustment.

Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Return Window)

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by sending a clear statement (e.g., via email or post) within this 14-day period.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original, undamaged packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
